THE FELONY FLAG: the flag that fights back.

This specific rendering of Old Glory was commissioned by a very patriotic and generous patron. In most states in the USA any property damage or theft valued in excess of $1,000 is considered a felony. This particular composition was designed and priced with this fact in mind and specifically for those who believe that the desecration of the American flag should always be a felony.
